We work with offices from 2,500 sqft up. Minimum monthly engagement is ₹18,750.

**How quickly do you respond to urgent issues?**
Engineer at your door within 4 working hours for critical issues — or the visit is free. Most issues addressed within 1–2 hours.

**Do you handle building common areas?**
No — we focus on your tenancy only. Lifts, chillers, façade, and common areas remain the landlord's responsibility.

**Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?**
Yes, plans can be adjusted at any monthly renewal with 15 days' notice.

**What if you're late?**
If we miss the 4-hour response window for urgent issues, the visit is free.

**Do you provide security or housekeeping staff?**
Not in core plans, but available as priced add-ons.

**Do you offer pay-as-you-go?**
Yes, at ₹650/hour plus materials for reactive work.
